  • When do I receive income from my ticket sales?

    You will receive income from sales received during the previous week. We send weekly sales reports based on income received between Monday to Sunday. Your reports are sent every Monday and deposits are processed every Friday.

  • Is it possible to receive cash payments?

    Yes, on your control panel select ¨Cash Payments¨ when processing your registration.

  • How can I find out when someone has purchased a ticket for my event?

    On your control panel select the option ¨Notifications´. Here in the drop-down menu select ¨Complete registration notifications¨ and add the email address of your team member who you'd like to receive alerts each time their is a sale.

  • How can I find out when there is an incomplete sale?

    On your control panel select the option ¨Notifications¨. Select ¨Incomplete registration notifications¨in the drop-down menu and add the email address of your team member who you'd like to receive an alert each time there is an incomplete sale.

  • How can I download an attendees list?

    On your control panel select the option ¨Reports¨and then the option ¨Complete Registrations¨. On the top write-hand corner select ¨Download as Excel¨.

  • What happens if my event is cancelled?

    If your event is free, there is no issue, you will just need to inform your clients (You can do so via the platform by sending an email to all complete registrations). If you have already sold tickets for your event, you will need to make the necessary refunds directly to your clients. Contact your account executive who can guide you in the best form of doing this.
